At Suns Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living investment. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture and pergolas, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
